May 21 (Saturday): East branch of Cooper River: Quenby (Ralph Hamer) landing to Huger landing loop trip. About 8 miles. Rating: L1, sheltered, slow pace. Logistics: Low tide at Quenby Landing is 11:30 am. Meet At Quenby landing at 9:30 launch by 10:00.Trip leader: Tara Harney Note 1: This trip requires going against the tide halfway, but the tide is only about 2 ½ feet. Should not be difficult to paddle against it. Note 2: If all goes well, we should see some spider lilies.
