Sep 12 (Sunday): Paddle from West Bank Landing down to sandbar at the entrance to Penny Creek. About 5.5 miles.Rating: L1. Semi sheltered, smooth pace

Logistics: Low tide at Penny Creek is 9:30. Meet at Edisto Nature Trail parking lot immediately on the right after crossing the Edisto River bridge on HWY 17 going into Jacksonboro (put Edisto Nature Trail in your phone mapping ap . It is immediately before the gas station at 17039 Ace Basin Pkwy,Round O, South Carolina) at 8:15 and leave for landing by 8:20.

Note: Timing on this trip is critical so that the sandbar will be out of the water.
It is imperative that you be at the Edisto Nature Trail and ready to pull out to drive to the landing by 8:20. If you miss the convoy, put 185 West Bank Landing Ln in your mapping app and come on!
