Here are some pics, glad you had a blast! As did I!

Michelle Lichtsinn

My favorite is Martha and the Ravenell. Thanks for that picture!

Thank you so much, Michelle, for leading this trip and bringing us all together! It was a blast

It was great paddling with you Shawn, and everyone. Always a work in progress, I likely demonstrated more madness than skills. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I look forward to next time.

Chris

Good turn out, good paddle.

Hat tip to Paul and Chris.. enjoyed their demonstrations of their mad kayak skills.

Thanks Michelle for leading the paddle.. and thanks Dan and Chris for stepping up and helping with the paddle. It made it safer for all of us.

Here are some photos that I took.. have to say "Dan and the Dolphin" is my favorite. That'll make you a nice new phone wallpaper Dan.. enjoy!

I'm sorry that I can't be two places at once!

Hello Friends,

August 13th Paddle (Saturday):

So far, we have one person signed up. Remember to log in and register!

Remley's Point to Magnolia Cemetery loop trip with a stop at Drum island.

This paddle is diverse in it's views and style, as it includes a cemetery tour, swimming along the beaches and some open water with views of the bridge and harbor. One of my favorite paddles that never gets old!

Meet at Remley's Point (put Remley's Point Public Boat Landing in your mapping app) at 8:00. Launch when ready.

Rating: L2, a short, 6 mile paddle. Plan to swim, eat, and hunt for sharks' teeth on Drum Island.

An early start to avoid the summer rush at Remley's Point and the heavy summertime powerboat presence on the Cooper River.
