I cancelled the Beaufort 15 mile trip on Sunday, April 24, due to the wind. Cuckolds Creek is halfway to Beaufort and since the travel time is les, the trip length is less: 12 miles.

Rating: L3, relatively sheltered, smooth pace
Logistics: Low tide at the Combahee River intersection is about noon.. Meet at Circle K gas station in Jacksonboro and leave by 9:45 to drive to Cuckold Landing.

Note: there is no “real good” place to get out on this trip...but people who need to relieve themselves can aggressively look for a place down near the intersection with the river.
