Hi Everyone,
There is a great thow-in on DI under the 526 bridge,next to the tennis facility. Through this past winter it had been disturbed by some major bridge work that is now cleared up. You access it directly off Seven Farms Rd. Turn into the tennis center parking lot via an entrance under I-526 (or almost under). Drive straight back under the bridge. If you try to look at it on Sat view the landing is hidden under the bridge. There is a grassy area to park and you'll find a short path (carry) to the river. I have talked to a manager of the facility and paddlers are welcome to use it. Paddling left out of here it's a short trip upstream to Ralston Ck and a bit longer to Nowell Ck. Nowell Ck is our paddle to circumnavigate DI. Get out and paddle with friends.
