Hello all,
Especially Michelle. Julie and I regret that for another month we've managed to forget the monthly meeting. We both commented earlier today that the online meeting was tonight. Man how we blew it. This has been an ugly year for everyone. That said we have a new year coming up where we can take it to this Covid virus.We can put this past year behind us and get a life again. We all joined the Low Country Paddlers because we all have a love for exploring our incredible low country world in these funny looking "long skinny boats" as was once told to me by a woman with a strong Gullah accent as I launch onto the Stono River. Take a moment to check out your kayak and gear to have it ready. Take a moment to think of the experiences you've had out there. The wild sandy beach's you've landed on, the quiet creeks lined with cypress trees. It's all going to happen again in the coming summer. This is going to be a great new year to celebrate our life on the water.
What a year it will be.
