GREAT Question!  From what I remember with past parties, we have not had anyone bring drinks therefore you might want to bring your own.

The rule has always been, bring your prreferred beverage.  It is the same as the oyster roast and summer picnic.
The club provides water and maybe soft drinks.

FYI - For the Christmas Party, we are making plans to have a cooler with cold water available without the use of “single use plastics”.  We will buy a water cooler to use for the picnic and other events.

We encourage members to bring their own bottle/cup or such receptacle to drink from, as well as, any other drinks you choose to consume.

I am very glad that LCP is finally making this move away from single use plastic.  We all carry water in our kayaks so it should be no problem to bring your water bottle (or wine glass, or beer mug, or coffee cup) to this and all future gatherings. We all will benefit by building this new habit, just like reusable shopping bags at our grocery stores. Thank you to our leadership team for getting the ball rolling on this important change.
