Ventura Jura MV is a sea kayak with touring capability and stability. There are three dry storage compartments - bow, stern, and day hatch. Unique to the Venture Kayaks is the Skudder. The recessed Skudder can be partially deployed to act as a skeg for straight tracking in a current or breeze, or completely lowered and used as a traditional rudder. Venture Kayaks are designed and made in Great Britian. I purchased this one a few years ago from Charleston County Parks for my daughter.
