Anyone coming on this trip needs to bring an envelope with $10 in it to put in the box at the landing at Joes Fish Camp.  The turnoff to the landing is on the left IMMEDIATELY after crossing the Ashepoo River bridge.  Putting 10240 Ace Basin Pkwy Green Pond in your GPS will get you close to the turn.  Our take out point will be Sue Chadwick's daughter's house.  I plan to go under the HWY 303 bridge to see just how much further we can go before the trees block the way.

My sister is in town for 1 day and I'm taking her and her husband on a 1 way trip on The Ashepoo from Joe's Fish Camp at HWY 17 and the Ashepoo River to HWY 303.

The entire trip is with the tide. it is about 5 1/2 miles and would be classified as an L1 club trip. I expect to be off the water before lunchtime.

I'd love for club members to join us.  We need to have our boats unloaded and be ready to shuttle by 9:15.  If you miss the shuttle, you can always leave you car at Joes Fish Camp and do a shuttle after the trip.

The weather for Wednesday Feb 14 is good at this time.  You need to pay attention to this e mail thread  to make sure everything  remains   a "go".

Please respond to this thread or e mail me at  if plan on coming.
